today's one of those days, tht i wish time wld come to a standstill Shall pack it into a pretty lil glass bottle for safe-keeping.
Never felt... so relaxed. calm and contented. *purrrrrrrs* Hanging out with the choir peepz can be so heartwarming. It's like everyone's so close, we're almost family. =) Entire clique showed up today to go sentosa. everything just flowed, i guess. The fun, the laughter, the madness.
Popped by wei's place for a lil while... to PlaY sparklers at her playground, grin. think it pretty much unleashed the child in everyone. sat on the swings for a while, just observing them... sucha joy seeing everyone being themselves. heh. it sure was fun sitting on those creaky swings albeit waking up the entire neighbourhood in the process, and *gasp* sliding down those slides.
you know, i'm really going to miss all of us. *sniffles*

Ubin Adventures
i'm on a silly high today. tht's what you get after not exercising for so long... and suddenly wrking out real hard at one shot. i feel gd all over. hee. even the sore butt feels gd. aha.
we acty went to ubin today!!! i'm amazed. really. cos, u know i was like half-prepared for pple to overslp... and not turn up and yadda. but I actually ended up the LATEST amongst thm. *sheepish grin* just wanted to make sure everyone was awake b4 i acty made my pilgrimage to tampines mrt. yea. and no1 replied to tell me they woke up, cept for josh, so i sorta assumed they hadn't left their houses yet.. so i took my time. =p oops.
yup, we ended up cycling in the hot sun... so now i'm kinda burnt. it was gd challenging fun. those upslopes were sure horrendous. but. we survived!! all the 4 da xiao jies are certified "rugged" now. oh.. and we acty conquered the highest pt in ubin!!! what shall we do nxt. everest? i can feel the sunbeams dancing on my face
aha. the mandatory post to announce..prelims are officially OVER for sr. lol, take note of the capitalized letters, i mean it both ways.
enjoyed myself today. =) yep, kelly, u have scheming friends. Finally celebrated the dear girl's b'day at the glass hse at fish & co. And b4 that we were rushing abt like headless cockroaches making frantic last minute plans. really sry to josh and ching for the repeated changes in venue/times! haha. alrite. fish and co's my official favourite restaurant. they even gave kel a sparkler! and ice-cream, on the hse. so funnn.
then we went to watch dodgeball. woohoo. tht show's a riot. tho there were a few parts tht had me cringing at its lameness, as well as the sick humour tht xm loves. =p it's pretty much a great show. a feel gd abt yourself kinda show. oh, it had lotsa audience participation in it too, which was damn fun, cos the entire cinema theater were oooh-ing and ouch-ing, clapping and cheering for the characters. haa. kk, no spoilers to be found here. go watch!
I'm going to ubin tmr to cyCle!!! josh is gg to be our tour guide, rite? aha. my oh my, am i gg to be able to drag myself outta my cosy bed? i sure hope so. i feel fat. yea, fat is a feeling, tho i'm sure lotsa pple are gg to scream at me for this. Hmf. i haven't been exercising at all okaY. not 1ce. i maintain that mugging is bad for your health. AND waistline. =p

mm... yep, it's time for a breather. Amazing really, just a blink and the wk's gone, and we're through with all the tough papers. already know my results are going to be pretty disappointing. well, just hafta accept it on coninue wrking on. Realized something along the way, tht i give up pretty easily these days. which is not me. used to have really high expectations of myself during those rg days, and really put in effort each time -smiles- and i'd be really disappointed if i got anything less than an A1... my my, *shakes head* just look at me now. tsk. Es and Os and Fs? Baaad sign. Pretty much learnt to take things easy, and heh, maybe too easy already. as honseng says, oh, the joy of slacking!

About a month plus more to go girl... and this IS the LAST chance you have already. don't throw it away. Lemme quote someone dear, "No FeaR. No RegreTs." Maybe tht shld be my new motto, ehz. Indeed, i wldn't want to leave any regrets behind in my jc life. not regrets like these anyway, ain't worth it at all. gotta learn how to pull myself up when i'm down. It really is easy to run away isn't it?
sometimes, the hardest person to face.... is yourself. You'll only be truly happy, when you're at peace with yourself. when you're savouring the sweet fruit of your labour. =)
i'm gonna miss everyone, truly. So lil time left to spend together!!! and i have this feeling i'd end up missing the class chalet... prom.. and blah blah. oh well. i'm sure i'll be having fun counting sheep, oh wait.. cows? in NZ tho, hopefully. and making daisy chains too.

Geez. that was 1 amusing momment during lunch when josh asked, didcha play polly pocket?? 5 voices chirped in unison, "yea!!!!!" lol. i still have 1 tiny 1 (polly pocket) left *points to 1 of the pictures below* see if you can spot it.=)
omg, like how..... old are we now? damn, i really miss those cartoons of my *gasp* childhood,i really do. why don't those companies play them cartoons on tv anymore? *pout* Like... smurfs- thm blue lil cute things and and... gummy bears? was tht what they were called- the ones tht drink the red magic potion and go *boing BOinG boinG* all over the place.
currently suffering fr. the midwk mugging blues again. Haven't started on my biotech syllabus... and you know what, looking at tht stack of notes really makes me.. nauseous. yea, u heard me right. altho the size of tht stack is like bkt timah compared to the mt kinabalu of core topics. too saturated to cram more stuff in, somehow.
it's raining cats and dogs outside at the momment.Rainy days and me don't go well together when i've got the blues. =/ the dark skies makes it all the more depressing.

so sick of mugging. esp since i don't seem to be getting anywhere. More than half the bio syllabus left, and i haven't started on econs yet. Really screwed.
Results are not everything, after all. tht's what i realized. I'll just do what i can, with the remaining time i have left. yupz. took some photos in the midst of the past few days. enjOy.
